A follow up seminar to the Equality Coalition January 2025 ‘Enforcement of Statutory Duties Conference’, with analysis from Professor Christopher McCrudden.
Join us for an Equality Coalition Seminar hosted in collaboration with Ulster University’s Transitional Justice Institute, which will examine the implications of the recent Judicial Review on Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act, which was taken by the Children’s Law Centre (CLC).
We are delighted to be joined by Professor Christopher McCrudden. He will deliver a lecture on the judgment, followed by a panel discussion with additional guest speakers (TBC).
This is a follow-up event to our ‘Statutory Duties’ conference, which was held in early 2025. We will also launch our 2025 seminar report on 22 April.
